Quality Assurance (QA) is a dedicated service that spans throughout the Omni proposition. Our QA team only works with qualified global suppliers who are thoroughly screened for compliance with our internal quality standards and the regulatory requirements.

We monitor and ensure that all partner factories meet relevant regulatory requirements for imported goods. We pay close attention to client guidelines and the ever-evolving regulatory environment to ensure that the products we supply stay relevant and compliant.

Thorough product specifications are provided for all products procured through Omni. Product quality against the final product specifications is guaranteed. Reports generated by our inspectors at the country of origin are provided to our clients at their request.
